Since our services involve dedicated time, expertise, and strategic planning delivered remotely, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

 

1. No Refund Policy: All payments made to Barrel Link Consulting are final and non-refundable, under all circumstances. This includes advance payments, retainers, service fees, outreach fees, consulting fees, or any other charges. Once payment is made, no refund will be issued, irrespective of the reason.

 

2. Payments for Services: All payments secure consulting time, resource allocation, and operational planning. As a result, refunds are not applicable whether the client chooses to use the service partially, fully, or not at all.

 

3. Client Responsibility: Barrel Link Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by clients, including unresponsiveness, lack of required information, or communication gaps. Services remain active during the contracted period, and no refunds will be made.

 

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes: Barrel Link Consulting does not guarantee any business outcomes such as importer approvals, closures, sales, or conversions. Our role is advisory and supportive. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived or expected results.
